What You'll Do
• Handle and resolve complex customer escalations from BPO teams and internal channels
• Provide expert phone and chat support as a subject matter specialist
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and share insights with the Team Lead
• Recommend improvements to support policies, workflows, and customer logic
• Suggest operational enhancements to boost team efficiency and productivity
