People Business Partner

We are currently based at KL Eco City, Malaysia.

Advisory to the Business on People related matters: Trusted partner to the HODs and Employees by being the custodian of people processes and independant in the discharge of duties. Manage Employee Relation matters: Build good rapport with the Managers and Employees and ensure policies and processes are adhered to. Lead in workforce planning : Work closely with the Managers / Projects on their Manpower needs and requirements, including hiring, rotation, deployment, etc. be the custodian of the talent plan and drive a high performance culture and diffrentiation on performance and rewards. Facilitate organizational changes: Work closely with stakeholders within and outside of the department to support organizational changes. Play an active role in driving communication with Managers and Employees advocating people policies and practices. Efficient Business and People Support: Collaborate with COEs and People Services to deliver efficient and effective advice / support to the Business and Employees Employee Experience Champion: Working in partnership with the HODs and Managers to build positive employment relations, drive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives. Address grievances proactively and with neutrality. Ensure fairness in all people processes practicesd by leaders and managers Others: Keep abreast of changes to employment legislation(s), best practices and latest business initiatives.
