Key Responsibilities:
- Hit and surpass sales goals while acting as a brand ambassador.
- Shape market development strategies and support new collection launches.
- Build lasting customer relationships to unlock growth potential.
- Provide training on products and brand values to retail partners.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing to roll out impactful campaigns.
- Monitor stores to ensure proper assortment, stock, and visual merchandising.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of field sales experience, especially in eyewear industry.
- Solid track record in sales, with exposure to trade marketing and merchandising.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset & achievement‑driven
