Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Hotline)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via hotline and support channels
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls for customer cases and servicefeedback
• Support dealer CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) related activities
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and service-related issues
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Update and maintain customer records in the system
• Support daily hotline and AICC operations

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• 1–3 years of customer service / call center / hotline support experience
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Able to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Basic Microsoft Office skillsPreferred:
• Experience in call center, retail support, after-sales service, orcustomer care is an advantage
• Ability to communicate in English and local language(s)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
