As Senior Manager / Manager, Group HR Analytics & Technology, you will own assigned SAP SuccessFactors modules and people analytics solutions, driving adoption, experience, and insight across the employee lifecycle.
You’ll act as the voice of the user — asking the right questions, uncovering unmet needs, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring HR technology delivers real value at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing:
HR Technology Product & Experience Ownership
- Own assigned SuccessFactors modules (e.g. EC, PMGM, Compensation) from a product, analytics, and EX perspective
- Design end‑to‑end HR journeys with strong focus on usability, clarity, and adoption
- Translate HR policies into scalable system designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Balance global standards with controlled localization for regulatory needs
Configuration Design & Vendor Governance
- Define and document configuration approaches (without performing production configuration)
- Review and challenge vendor designs against best practices, EX principles, scalability, and audit requirements
- Lead UAT design, business readiness, and go‑live sign‑off
HR Analytics & Insights
- Design and deliver enterprise HR dashboards and insights beyond standard reporting
- Define HR KPIs and data definitions across the employee lifecycle
- Build analytics using Power BI (DAX, RLS), Excel, and collaborate on Azure SQL data models
- Translate data into clear, actionable narratives for leaders
Release, Risk & Change Governance
- Govern bi‑annual SuccessFactors releases and annual HR cycles
- Define UAT scope, manage defects, and oversee release adoption
- Ensure compliance with SoD, data access, and audit standards
Coaching & Capability Building
- Act as a trusted SME and coach to HR and GHRAT colleagues
- Promote product thinking, data literacy, and EX mindset
- Contribute to AI‑ready and automation‑enabled HR solutions
What We’re Looking For:
- 6-8+ years’ HR experience, with at least 3 years exposure in HRIS, HR Digital, or HR Analytics roles
- Proven experience as a product owner for enterprise HR platforms (SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, etc.)
- Hands‑on experience developing supporting annual HR cycles and people analytics / reports is essential
- Strong understanding of cluster, regional or global HR processes and SuccessFactors design principles (EC, PMGM, RBP, workflows, effective dating)
- Strong stakeholder partnership skills across HR, IT, Digital, and vendors
- Experience operating in lean, global, or GBS‑style environments
Why Join Us:
This role gives you a rare opportunity to:
- Shape HR digital and analytics strategy across 36 markets
- Real Product Owner responsibility with visibility and impact
- Hybrid working arrangement
- Strong support for AI, automation, and new technologies
- Broad scope across systems, data, and user experience
- Clear growth path in HR Technology and Digital HR
Someone who:
- Loves data, systems, and storytelling
- Enjoys influencing without authority
- Is motivated by adoption, behaviour change, and user impact
- Wants to build HR products that truly work for employees
If you’re excited by data‑driven decision‑making, product ownership, and designing HR experiences people actually adopt, we’d love to hear from you.
