Working as part of the global GPC (East) Systems Engineering team, the Lead Systems Engineer will be responsible for ensuring delivery of a technically robust and optimized system solution for the Subsea Umbilical Riser and Flowline (SURF) elements of a subsea development. The role shall also include close technical collaboration with early client engagement activities delivered through Subsea7’s Field Development Group (FDG) to ensure alignment of strategy, development of viable and competitive technical solutions, achieve effective communication between early engineering and execution teams, and to manage the hand-over of projects during engineering transition phases and tendering processes.
