Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Ecommerce Manager di Fossil Group, Inc. Federal Territory - Maukerja

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Liaise and manage appointed e-commerce partners for Malaysia & Singapore
• Work with partners on ecommerce plan – sales, product assortment and promotions
• Responsible for ensuring that sales budget is met
• Responsible for day-to-day operations for appointed partners
• Provide monthly updates on progress of the results and strategies to team & management
• Contribute towards preparation of budgets and forecasting in align to the financial calendar
• Work with other departments to ensure assortment, stock availability and correct pricing is onsite for each partner
• Provide market insights back to key stakeholders
• Any other ad-hoc as assigned by the management

Requirement :

• Minimum Diploma / Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of related working experience in E-commerce and digital experience (preferably within the retail industry)
• Strong awareness of markets trends
• Possess positive working attitude and entrepreneurship
• Detail oriented with strong analytical, negotiation and organizing skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with pleasant disposition
• Good team leader/player
• Proficiency in MS Office application
• Experience with Navision and SAP will be an added advantage
