WE ARE HIRING – ADMIN ASSISTANT (CAR PARK OPERATION)
Location: Mutiara Complex, Jalan Ipoh
Responsibilities:
Manage daily car park operations and parking machinery
Maintain records, filing systems, and customer service support
Handle banking collections and monitor daily transactions Inspect parking equipment and report any malfunction issues
Assist and supervise operations during public holidays or rest days when required
Candidates with experience in LPR systems and parking operations will be given priority
Requirements:
Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
1–2 years working experience in a similar role
Experience in parking operations or service industry is an advantage
Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
Own transport required
Salary & Benefits:
RM1,800 – RM2,300 + Allowance
Overtime, rest day & public holiday pay
Miscellaneous allowance provided
Free parking & uniform provided

Working Hours:
Monday – Saturday
Shift A: 8.00 AM – 4.30 PM
Shift B: 10.30 AM – 7.00 PM
Rest Day: Sunday / Alternate Saturday
