Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in ERP/WMS systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage).
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and willing to support warehouse tasks when necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Operation Executive to support both internal warehouse operations and external logistics coordination. This role covers two operational scopes — internal (inventory, system updates, documentation) and external (delivery coordination, outbound arrangements) — and the final allocation will depend on the candidate’s strengths and the team’s needs. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching.
• Handle order picking processing, documentation, and system updates.
• Liaise with transporters, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.
• Monitor stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and assist in cycle counts or audits.
• Track delivery status, follow up on shipment issues, and coordinate return goods when required.
• Ensure all products are handled, stored, and documented according to company standards.
• Prepare operational reports related to stock, delivery performance, and process updates.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and workflow efficiency.
• Identify operational issues and provide practical suggestions for improvement.
• Assist in any internal or external operational tasks when needed, working as a team to support overall operations.
