Requirements

•  Diploma/Bachelor’s degree In Marketing, Business Communications, or related field.
•  1-3 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing (TikTok or ecommerce is a plus)
•  Familiarity with affiliate platforms
•  Strong understanding of influencer and social media trends
•  Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable decisions
•  Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•  Self-motivated and proactive in building relationships and solving problems

Key Responsibilities

•  Recruit and onboard new affiliates, creators, and content partners (especially TikTok-based)
•  Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to maximize their performance
•  Monitor affiliate campaigns, track conversions, and analyze KPIs to optimize ROI
•  Work closely with influencers and affiliate content creators to provide assets and guidance
•  Negotiate commission structures and partnership terms with affiliates
•  Use affiliate platforms to manage tracking and reporting
•  Plan and execute seasonal or product-based affiliate campaigns to drive sales
•  Ensure all affiliate content complies with brand guidelines and marketing regulations
•  Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to provide engaging content for affiliates
•  Report weekly/monthly performance and suggest strategies to grow the affiliate channel
