1. Understand the overall engineering design scheme for the projects that you handle,

2. Understand geotechnical analyses/design using software such as Plaxis and others, as well as, can review QPD geotechnical design

3. Review shop drawings for Dwall toe levels, Ground Improvement, Recharge well, Pumping test etc.

3. Carry out temporary slope calculation using Plaxis 2D or Slope W

4. Coordinate with Authority, QPD and QPS on design works

Requirements:

1. Possess a Civil and Geotechnical Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.

2. Prior working experiences in geotechnical engineering projects is preferred.

3. Familiar with civil/geotechnical engineering designs in local Codes, Regulations and requirements, and Eurocodes.

4. Well verse in geotechnical design software, e.g. Plaxis, etc.

5. Familiar with authority submission requirements for civil and geotechnical works.

6. Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedure and construction administration.

7. Able to manage projects independently and work under tight datelines.

8. Fresh engineers and geotechnical engineers with working experience are welcome to apply.

Salary $3500 ~ $4500

Job Description:

• 1. Develop and maintain Drawings

• 2. Develop dimensional drawings for layouts and non-dimensional drawings

• 3. Revise drawings based on instructions/comments from engineers

• 4. Communicate effectively and work closely with the design team members of individual’s project assignment

• 5. Responsible for receiving, registering, filling and distribution of documents for the detailed engineering section.

Job Requirements:

• 1. Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Drafting, or a related discipline from a recognized institution

• 2. At least 1 year of CAD drafting experience with structural trades in the civil industry.

• 3. Good skill using Micro station / AutoCAD

• 4. Preferred Candidates with LTA project experience
