Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum Secondary school education

• Candidates with similar experience are preferred

• Familiar with Windows, Word, and hotel systems (Opera/PMS is a plus)

• Strong understanding of Front Office operations

• Fluent in English (spoken & written), good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently and under pressure

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle guest check-in, check-out, and cashiering duties

• Provide a warm welcome, manage registrations, and issue room keys

• Attend to guest requests, feedback, and provide accurate information

• Upsell rooms and maximise revenue opportunities

• Support and guide Guest Relations Assistants

• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of the Front Desk

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, privacy, and safety standards

• Follow PCI (credit card) and cash handling procedures

• Assist with any ad-hoc duties or projects assigned

Salary & Benefits

• Salary from $2,300 – $2,500
