Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and hardworking Plasterers to join our construction team in Singapore, performing plastering and related construction tasks to ensure quality and safety on site.

Responsibilities

• Perform wall and ceiling plastering to achieve smooth, even surfaces according to project specifications
• Prepare and mix cement, mortar, and related materials accurately to ensure proper consistency for plastering tasks
• Carry out surface preparation and finishing works to ready walls and ceilings for final application and appearance
• Monitor and maintain quality workmanship by inspecting plastered surfaces and correcting defects promptly
• Comply with site safety regulations by following safety procedures and using protective equipment consistently
• Support general construction activities by assisting team members with tasks as needed to meet project deadlines
• Adapt to work schedules including overtime, weekends, and public holidays to fulfill project requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of practical working experience in plastering or construction works
• Physically fit to perform manual plastering tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• No formal educational qualification required

• Candidate must be willing to work after regular working hours, including overtime when required
• Candidate must agree to stay in company-provided lodge/dormitory accommodation
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays if project schedule requires
