Our Client is seeking a dedicated Senior Front Office Operations Manager to support the overall management and smooth functioning of the front desk team. This role involves leading the department to deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring operational efficiency and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Hotel Manager in overseeing daily front office activities, ensuring alignment with established standards and objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise the front desk team to uphold service excellence and brand consistency.
  • Develop strategic plans for short-term and long-term departmental growth, including budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide strategic recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure all guest interactions reflect the brand’s promise, creating memorable experiences through consistent service delivery.
  • Monitor departmental performance, analyze operational data, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to support overall hotel objectives and guest satisfaction initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or higher education in any discipline.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in a comparable leadership role within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong team leadership skills with a proactive and positive approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems, such as Opera, is a plus.
