Job Summary

You will establish and maintain secure deployment and release practices for Salesforce CRM, support CI/CD controls, embed security in delivery lifecycles, and collaborate with engineers to meet security and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain deployment, release, and environment management practices for Salesforce CRM to ensure reliable delivery
• Support CI/CD or equivalent release controls for configuration, code, and integration changes to enable efficient and secure releases
• Embed security checks and controls into the application delivery lifecycle to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
• Support secure handling of secrets, configuration, access controls, and release approvals to protect sensitive information
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to validate that platform and integration changes meet security and operational requirements
• Track remediation efforts, handle vulnerabilities, prepare evidence, and ensure readiness for audit and security reviews
• Maintain detailed deployment runbooks, rollback plans, and release procedures to support operational continuity
• Assist with incident analysis related to release, security, or configuration issues to identify root causes and support resolution

Required competencies and certifications

• Experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, release engineering, or platform operations to manage secure and efficient delivery pipelines
• Strong understanding of secure SDLC, deployment controls, and environment governance to enforce security best practices
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and integration-driven enterprise systems to support complex cloud environments
• Awareness of security and operational control principles to maintain compliance and operational integrity

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce deployment processes and supporting cloud components to optimize CRM release management
• Experience working in regulated or government environments to navigate compliance requirements
• Relevant cloud or security certifications demonstrating expertise in cloud security and operations
