Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Logistics Management
- Manage and monitor 3PL performance
- Support warehouse setup, transition, and integration across markets
- Optimize warehouse operations including bonded and non-bonded models
- Ensure compliance with local import/export and re-export requirements
Inventory & Planning
- Oversee inventory strategy, including allocation and replenishment
- Monitor stock level, aging, and sell-through performance
- Work closely with commercial team on demand planning and assortment allocation
- Drive improvements in inventory turnover and reduce aging stock
System, Reporting & Process Improvement
- Strengthen reporting structure for inventory, sales, and operational performance
- Support system integration and data visibility across markets
- Identify operational risks and propose practical solutions
Brand Order Coordination
- Coordinate and manage order placement with brand principals based on business requirements
- Consolidate order requirements from sales team and ensure alignment before submission
- Follow up on order confirmation, production status, and delivery timeline
- Work closely with sales and planning teams to ensure order accuracy and fulfillment
- Monitor order status and proactively address potential supply issues
Requirements
- Bachelor‘s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Planning, or Demand Planning.
- Experience managing or coordinating with 3PL providers and warehouse operations.
- Hands-on experience in inventory allocation, replenishment planning, and stock management.
- Experience in retail, sportswear, fashion, FMCG, consumer goods, or distribution businesses is highly preferred.
- Exposure to regional or multi-country supply chain operations is a strong advantage.
