Key Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, cash flow, and budgeting support
Process payroll, CPF submissions, IRAS filings, employee claims, and leave administration
Manage HR functions including onboarding, employment contracts, employee records, and HR system updates
Support client billing, fee collection, and monitor overdue payments
Maintain compliance with Singapore accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, insurers, and external stakeholders
Support office administration, licensing, insurance renewals, and operational matters
Assist management with financial analysis, reporting, and process improvements
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
Experience in full set accounts and HR administration preferred
Familiar with Singapore payroll, CPF, and IRAS requirements
Proficient in Xero and HR systems such as JustLogin
Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
