Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Technical Trainer role based in Malaysia, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Technical Trainer will design, deliver, and continuously refine training programs on Dah Reply’s AI chatbot solutions, including the online chatbot builder, generative AI products, and LLM fine-tuning offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting live and virtual training sessions, preparing training materials, user guides, and how-to content, and tailoring learning paths for clients with varying technical backgrounds. The role will collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to stay current on product updates and translate technical features into clear, practical training modules. The Technical Trainer will also gather feedback, assess training effectiveness, and recommend improvements to enhance user adoption and overall product experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Technical Training and Training & Development, ideally within software, SaaS, or AI-related products.
• Hands-on background as a Technical Trainer or in similar Training roles, with the ability to plan, develop, and facilitate engaging learning sessions.
• Strong Communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
• Comfort working directly with clients and internal stakeholders to assess training needs, customize content, and provide post-training support.
• Familiarity with AI, chatbots, or cloud-based platforms is an advantage; willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly is essential.
• Experience creating training assets such as slide decks, step-by-step guides, video tutorials, and assessments.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training projects and schedules.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages commonly used in Malaysia is a plus.
