What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design of advanced automated equipment and machinery, ensuring that all projects meet or exceed customer expectations and adhere to specified timelines.
• Develop detailed 3D models and 2D drawings that are both functional and visually compelling, ready for production and implementation.
• Collaborate closely with the software and system control team to refine equipment performance, ensuring smooth integration and optimal functionality.
• Provide exceptional onsite support, including impactful presentations and effective fault diagnosis, to assist our customers in achieving their objectives.
• Work in partnership with operations, manufacturing, and production engineers to ensure designs are practical, manufacturable, and align with production capabilities.
• Contribute to the design and development of mechanical components and subsystems.
• Actively participate in project meetings, offering technical insights and support.
• Review and modify existing designs to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Keep project documentation and engineering files well-organized and up to date.
• Take on additional responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks as directed by management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software such as SolidWorks.
• Experience in design and drawing within the automation industry, ideally with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical mindset and solid technical foundation.
• Sharp attention to detail, paired with hands-on problem-solving ability.
• Effective communicator and collaborative team player.
• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Positive, eager to learn, and takes ownership of responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time
