Position: Account Assistant
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Location: Senoko
Accounts Assistant Job Responsibilities:
• Checking and data entry of outlet sales
• Perform daily accounting functions and maintain part set of accounts include (GL, AP, AR)
• Incoming payments for outlets and keying of funds
• Checking of suppliers’ invoices
• Processing payment to suppliers
• Checking & processing petty cash payment
• Checking suppliers’ statement of acct and prepare monthly reconciliation
• Checking supplier invoices between accounting system and statement of acct to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Account payable month end closing & accruals
• Tallying of ageing report.
• Check invoices, delivery order to ensure payment are correctly made
• Responsible for accurate invoicing and filing of documents
• Tracking and record keeping
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma
Fresh Graduate are welcome
Computer literate
At least 2 years of relevant working experience
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Keen to learn and possess positive attitude
Preferred with Audit background
