Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect to join Yokogawa Votiva Solutions in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia under a flexible work model, reporting to the Regional Director. This role is ideal for a senior professional with deep expertise in finance, accounting, and manufacturing business processes, combined with strong experience leading ERP solution design and enterprise transformation projects. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of relevant experience and work closely with clients and internal teams to shape scalable, high-value D365 F&O solutions that support operational excellence and long-term business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and solution design sessions with clients across finance, accounting, manufacturing, and supply chain functions.

• Define end-to-end solution architecture and functional design aligned with business requirements, best practices, and industry standards.

• Advise on finance and accounting processes including general ledger, AP, AR, fixed assets, budgeting, costing, and reporting.

• Support manufacturing process design across planning, production, inventory, procurement, warehouse, and quality operations.

• Drive fit-gap analysis, architecture decisions, stakeholder alignment, and project solution governance.

• Partner with project managers, technical teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful implementation delivery.

• Contribute to pre-sales, solution estimation, and proposal development when required.

Candidate profile

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Dynamics AX solution design and implementation.

• Advanced knowledge of finance, accounting, and manufacturing business processes.

• Proven ability to lead solution architecture decisions in complex ERP programs.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.

• Manufacturing industry project experience is highly preferred.
