Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Finance Executive (Costing) di Mehow Medical (m) Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Scope:

• Responsible for cost accounting functions and inventory accounting.

• Work with operations team to develop and maintain standard costs for products.

• Periodically review and monitor BOM and Routing. 

• Monitoring production efficiency, eg labor hours, machine hours and idle time.

• Proactively analyse various cost to ensure timely identification of variances for cost improvement.

• Analyzing costs, pricing and sales result compared to business plans.

• Implement procedures and policies for cost accounting.

• Perform month end costing close in an accurate and timely manner.

• Prepare monthly reporting for product cost, gross margins, inventory report and sales analysis.

• Coordinate and perform monthly and annual inventory counts.

• Actively review systems, process and automation for continuous attainment of work efficiency.

• Assist in fixed assets management, budget, cash flow forecasting and tax computation.

• Liaise with auditor, tax agent and government bodies.

• To perform any other duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Degree and above in Accounting or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years working experience with cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking and detailed oriented.

• Proficiency in Excel and Power Point presentation. SAP/other ERP system knowledge will be an added advantage.
