Responsibilities:
- Welcome & Greeting customers. Attend service enquiry from customers or clients’ call. Answering phone calls to arranging appointment for guest and answering general inquiries.
- Responsible for the general hygiene and tidiness of the main waiting areas, SPA Rooms and outlet overall.
- Monitor outlets supplies/stocks and equipment usage level and balance.
- Perform Cashier function.
- Monitor staff comply with SOP and other customer service
- Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management.
