What The Role Is
This traineeship provides an opportunity to learn on the job, the role supports strategic organisational development interventions and programmes.
What You Will Be Working On
The trainee will be involved in a few areas which includes:
a) Support in the action planning workshops based on FY2025 Employee Engagement Survey (ESS) insights. Assist in the implementation and tracking of interventions and initiatives.
b) Develop interactive system / dashboard to visualise and track workforce metrics and trends.
c) Establish People & Culture risk registers management through workforce analytics, implement monitoring systems with key risk indicators and early warning mechanisms integrated with existing HR platforms and develop tailored mitigation strategies including preventive measures, contingency planning, and risk transfer mechanisms.
d) Conduct a comprehensive mapping exercise of existing wellness initiatives against the established wellness framework to identify gaps and opportunities for enhancement.
e) Provide support to various Organizational Development projects, as assigned.
