What You’ll Do

• Support recruitment activities such as job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, and candidate follow-up.
• Assist with onboarding preparation and new joiner documentation.
• Maintain employee records, HR documents, trackers, and filing.
• Support employee engagement activities, company events, and HR programs.
• Assist in daily HR operations, reporting, admin follow-up, and ad-hoc tasks.
• Support office administration, including office supplies, document handling, and general coordination.

What You’ll Bring

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Good coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Able to handle confidential information properly.
• Willing to work in Sri Petaling.
• Able to commit for at least 3 months.
