What we’re looking for

• Strong Angular and TypeScript experience. 
• Good judgement reviewing AI-generated code. 
• Practical experience using Claude Code or similar tools. 
• Solid understanding of LLM APIs, prompts, structured outputs, context engineering, tool use, evals, caching, rate limits, and failure modes. 
• Ability to design AI workflows that are useful, auditable, and safe. 
• Product judgement: can turn messy requirements into clean user flows. 
• Comfortable working fast without blindly trusting AI-generated output. 

Nice to have

• Experience with AI products, workflow automation, dashboards, document systems, fintech, govtech, edtech, agritech, or SME platforms. 
• Experience with RAG, agentic workflows, model routing, eval harnesses, observability, or cost optimisation. 
• Experience reviewing PRs or leading quality control in fast-moving product teams.

Avnon is looking for an Angular-focused engineer to help accelerate development of Mothusi (*************) and the MGS growth framework.

This role is for someone who can use AI coding tools like Claude Code effectively, review what they produce, improve the architecture, and sign off only when the implementation is correct, maintainable, scalable, and aligned with product logic.

You will work across Angular product screens, Mothusi workflows, MGS scoring views, AI-assisted SME journeys, evidence capture, reporting, and institutional dashboards.

What you’ll do

• Use Claude Code and other AI development tools to generate, refactor, test, and accelerate Angular features. 
• Review AI-generated code before it ships: correctness, architecture, security, maintainability, UX, and performance. 
• Build and refine Angular components, services, workflows, dashboards, and data-heavy product screens. 
• Help design AI-assisted workflows for Mothusi: chat flows, evidence capture, document review, signal extraction, intervention routing, and reporting. 
• Work with AI APIs such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and related model providers. 
• Optimise AI workflows for cost, latency, reliability, context quality, structured outputs, and scale. 
• Understand where AI should help, where rules/frameworks should decide, and where humans must review. 
• Help protect the MGS principle: AI captures signals; the framework governs the score.
