JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Technical Project Management
• Drive the technical product roadmap and ensure the solutions align with the customer's needs (time, quality)
• Acting as direct project supervisor for the engineers, HR and finance representatives on the project to ensure technical tasks are prioritized and executed effectively
• Own, drive and lead the whole design and development technical execution, engineering standards compliance, and final validation of the product up to first delivery
• Proactively identify potential technical bottlenecks, security risks, or engineering failures before they occur
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer's technical team to discuss specification and engineering changes
• Decide which engineering or technical skills are needed and when to deploy them

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in E&E, Computer Engineering, Systems Design, or related fields
• 10+ years’ experience, equipment level experience covering both hardware and software with solid demonstrated technical project management capability
• Deep skills, knowledge and understanding of hardware & software development, manufacturing processes, resource allocation, and supply chain logistics
• Exceptional communication, strong analytical skills for risk mitigation, and meticulous attention to detail
