Role Overview
You will provide administrative and operational support to executives by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and handling communications. You will play a key role in maintaining efficiency and supporting executive productivity.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support & Scheduling
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate schedules across departments and stakeholders
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics
- Prioritize tasks and maintain organized schedules
- Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups
Administrative & Documentation Support
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information
- Maintain organized filing systems and records
- Manage emails, correspondence, and communication flow
- Support general office administration tasks
Communication & Coordination
- Act as liaison between executives and internal teams
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and meeting minutes
- Follow up on action items and project updates
- Facilitate communication with external stakeholders
- Ensure alignment of schedules and priorities
️ Operational & Project Support
- Assist in project coordination and progress tracking
- Support event planning and executive arrangements
- Monitor deadlines and deliverables
- Improve administrative workflows and efficiency
- Provide ad-hoc operational support when required

Requirements

- Previous administrative or executive support experience is an advantage
- Familiarity with scheduling or productivity tools is a plus
