Role Overview
You will provide direct administrative and operational support to executives by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and handling communications. You will play a key role in improving productivity and ensuring efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support & Scheduling
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate schedules across departments and stakeholders
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics
- Prioritize tasks and ensure timely reminders
- Handle schedule changes and conflicts efficiently
Administrative & Documentation Support
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Manage emails, correspondence, and communication flow
- Maintain confidential files and sensitive information
- Organize and update records and documentation systems
- Support general office administration tasks
Communication & Coordination
- Act as liaison between executives and internal teams
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions
- Track tasks, deadlines, and project updates
- Facilitate communication across departments and stakeholders
- Ensure alignment of priorities and schedules
️ Operational & Project Support
- Assist in project coordination and execution tracking
- Support event planning and business arrangements
- Monitor deadlines and deliverables
- Improve administrative processes and efficiency
- Provide ad-hoc operational support when required

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

- Good time management and coordination abilities
- Previous administrative or executive support experience is an advantage
- Familiarity with scheduling and productivity tools is a plus
