Role Descriptions
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts and Finance Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily accounting, finance, and administrative operations to ensure smooth business processes across the company.
You will work closely with different departments including Sales, Aftersales, and Operations while maintaining accurate financial records and documentation. This role is suitable for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow within the automotive industry.
Qualifications
- Assist in handling daily accounting transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), including invoicing, collections, and payment follow-ups.
- Perform bank reconciliation, petty cash handling, and basic cash flow monitoring.
- Support month-end closing activities and preparation of financial schedules.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audit, SST, and internal review purposes.
- Record and monitor vehicle sales transactions for reconditioned vehicles and KIA dealership operations.
- Assist in maintaining accounting records for service centre operations, including service invoices, labour charges, and parts sales.
- Track and organize operational documents such as delivery orders, service reports, and sales documentation.
- Work closely with Sales, Aftersales, and Operations teams to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Handle general office administration including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Prepare basic reports, letters, and administrative paperwork as required.
- Support the team with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Experience with accounting systems will be an added advantage.
- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
