The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients. You will oversee the design's production to ensure the designs are completed in a timely manner. You will also use your knowledge of design software to accomplish these responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative assets for social media, campaigns, events, menus, presentations, digital ads, and print collaterals
• Create campaign key visuals and adapt them across multiple formats
• Ensure all creative work follows brand guidelines and quality standards
• Work closely with marketing team members to understand briefs, timelines, target audience, and objectives
• Contribute ideas for campaign concepts, content direction, and visual execution
• Review and refine design work to improve quality, clarity, and consistency
• Support junior or mid-level designers through feedback and guidance when needed
• Prepare final artwork for digital and print production
• Use AI-assisted tools responsibly to support ideation, visual exploration, image editing, resizing, and workflow efficiency
• Support photography or content shoots where relevant, including basic photo editing and asset organisation
• Bring creative sensitivity to food, dining, lifestyle, and hospitality-related work
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting agreed deadlines
• Communicate openly when briefs are unclear, timelines are at risk, or priorities need to be aligned
• Take ownership of assigned work from brief to final delivery
• Continuously look for ways to improve creative quality, workflow, and team efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design
• 4+ years' of creative design experience
• Experience using design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong typography skills
