Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Precision Production Manager di GSH Precision Technology SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to meet production schedules and customer delivery requirements.
• Manage production processes including CNC machining (3-axis & 4-axis), Milling, Wire-Cut, EDM, assembly, and finishing operations.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and production resources.
• Monitor production KPIs such as output, productivity, scrap rate, downtime, and on-time delivery performance.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of production issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives including Lean Manufacturing, 6S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma practices.
• Coordinate closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Planning, and Supply Chain departments.
• Ensure products comply with customer specifications, ISO standards, and internal quality requirements.
• Supervise and develop production supervisors, technicians, and operators to achieve operational excellence.
• Maintain workplace safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to company policies.
• Prepare production reports, analyze manufacturing performance, and recommend operational improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing or precision metal industries, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, 6S, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Good communication and team management abilities.
