Working hours: Mon to Sun including weekend, 11am - 9pm/ 4pm -10pm/ 1pm -8pm
Responsibilities:
Welcome and acknowledge customers upon arrival
Assist in managing customer flow and queue arrangements
Direct customers to relevant SA, brands, or store sections
Inform customers about ongoing promotions, events, or membership programmes
Provide basic customer service and answer general enquiries
Ensure the store entrance and waiting areas are neat and presentable
Support crowd control during peak periods or promotional events
Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional attitude at all times
replenishing of stock
Salary: $12/hr
