Responsibilities

We are partnering with a leading global investor services platform with a strong presence across private markets and alternative investments. The firm supports many of the world’s top private equity, hedge fund, real estate, and institutional investment managers through a broad suite of fund administration, corporate services, compliance, and investor solutions across multiple jurisdictions.


As part of its continued regional growth, the team is looking to hire a Client Relationship Director to manage and expand a portfolio of strategic alternatives clients across APAC.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary relationship lead for a portfolio of private markets and alternative investment clients across APAC
  • Drive client retention, revenue growth, and cross-sell opportunities across the broader platform
  • Partner closely with internal operational teams (fund accounting, corporate secretarial, compliance, onboarding, etc.) to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Lead complex client discussions, commercial negotiations, service reviews, and strategic account planning initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-border and multi-jurisdictional service delivery for sophisticated fund structures
  • Support new business conversion efforts alongside the business development team, including proposals, onboarding discussions, and solutioning
  • Oversee financial and commercial aspects of client relationships including fee reviews, invoice validation, collections, and profitability management
  • Act as an escalation point for key stakeholders and help drive long-term client satisfaction and platform growth


Ideal Background

  • 5+ years of experience within private equity fund services, fund administration, investor services, or alternative investments
  • Strong exposure to private equity structures and complex alternative investment vehicles
  • Experience managing sophisticated institutional or high-touch clients within financial services environments
  • Good understanding of compliance, due diligence, onboarding, and multi-jurisdictional fund structures
  • Prior experience in senior client services, relationship management, operations, or fund servicing leadership roles
  • Commercially aware with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage complex client situations while coordinating across multiple internal teams
  • Fluency in English required; additional Asian language capabilities would be advantageous
