JOB DESCRIPTION IMPORT

1. Manage daily import operations for sea, air, and land shipments.

2. Liaise with suppliers, forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities regarding shipment arrangements.

3. Ensure all import documents are complete and accurate, including:

- Invoice

- Packing List

- Bill of Lading (BL)

- Import Permit

- K1 Form and related documents

4. Monitor shipment status and ensure delivery follows the scheduled timeline.

5. Prepare, update, and maintain import records and filing documentation systematically.

6. Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding receiving goods.

7. Ensure shipping costs and documentation are properly controlled.

8. Resolve issues related to shipment delays, shortages, or damaged goods.

9. Prepare import operation reports for management.

10. Ensure compliance with company procedures and Malaysian customs regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
