Job Summary

The HR Clerk is responsible for supporting daily Human Resource and administrative operations, including employee documentation, attendance monitoring, leave records, recruitment coordination, filing, data entry, and general HR support to ensure smooth and efficient department operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee personal files, HR records, and documentation.
  • Assist in attendance monitoring, leave tracking, overtime records, and absenteeism reporting.
  • Prepare HR letters, memos, notices, and employee-related documents.
  • Support recruitment activities such as interview arrangements, candidate coordination, and onboarding preparation.
  • Handle filing, data entry, photocopying, and document management.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and verification support.
  • Coordinate staff confirmation, appraisal, training, and disciplinary documentation.
  • Liaise with government agencies such as Employees Provident Fund, Social Security Organisation, and Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia when required.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee and Company information.
  • Support HR daily reporting, compliance tracking, and administrative coordination.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Minimum secondary school/SPM qualification.
  • Possess valid motorcycle and/or driving license.
  • Familiar with local routes and surrounding areas.
  • Responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with different departments.
  • Physically fit and able to travel for work assignments.

Preferred Qualities

  • Positive working attitude.
  • Good time management and discipline.
  • Willingness to support different departments when needed.
  • Basic knowledge of office operations and document handling.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
