We are seeking dedicated and highly skilled Staff Nurses to join our expanding medical transport operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide high-level care outside the traditional hospital setting, focusing on Ground Ambulance missions with the potential to progress into Air Ambulance transfers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care and monitoring for patients during ground transfers.
• Assist in the stabilization and transport of critically ill patients (ICU/ER level).
• Ensure all medical equipment and emergency bags are flight/road-ready and fully stocked.
• Participate in specialized training for flight physiology and air ambulance protocols.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) .
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of clinical experience in ICU, or ER settings is highly preferred.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with medical facilities and multidisciplinary teams.
