Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, train, and supervise staff performance
• Ensure team follows company SOP and sales direction
• Prepare staff duty roster and monitor attendance/KPI
• Achieve outlet sales targets and improve performance
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints
• Monitor stock levels and conduct stock checks
• Plan and support marketing & promotional activities
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management
• Maintain good communication between staff and management
• Support branch rotation when required

Requirements:

• Min 1 year Sales experience

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
