Sepenuh Masa Lab Technician Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,100 in Polyware Sdn. Bhd. Ipoh - Maukerja

Job Description:-

1. To ensure the quality of product meet up to company’s requirement and standard.

2. Perform internal and external product quality routine test and inspection of the production control in accordance with the relevant standard or specification.

3. Understand and implement product testing according to existing standards compliance.

4. Carry out procedures for quality control of incoming, in-process and finished goods.

5. Responsible to collect input/data for report generation and analysis.

6. Maintain upkeep for laboratory spare parts level, facilities and equipment condition

7. Carry out daily work according to department’s SOP and WI.

8. Perform task which lead to achieve department management policy, target and KPI.

9. Participate in other continuous improvement activities.

10. Complete and support daily 6S requirement & activities.

Any other duties as assigned by the superior which is related to the nature of the work

scope.

Job Competency:-

1. Must possess at least a Diploma / Certificate in Engineering or Science.

2. Familiar with mechanical lab procedures and automated instrument and general lab equipment.

3. Experience in inspection and product testing.

4. Able to work in a team and with minimum supervision.

5. Proactive and willing to learn.

6. Eye on details and able to raise issue for any non-conformity found in production or lab test.

7. Computer skill – familiar with Microsoft Office.

8. Knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
