We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Boeffi Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd. As our Sales Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business development and expanding our presence in the Miri Sarawak MY region. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and success of our company.

1. Developing and executing effective sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients
3. Conducting market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities
4. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential clients
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
6. Monitoring and analysing sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth
7. Provide mentorship and guidance to the sales team to enhance their skills, improve sales performance, and achieve sales targets.
8. Proposed internal and external sales events and campaigns to promote the brand, products, and services.

What we're looking for
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales role
2. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
4. Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
5. Proficient in data analysis and using sales tools to drive informed decision-making
6. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business growth
7. Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing or Sales related field
