Finance & Accounting Responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts for 4 companies (Freight Forwarding, Trading, Holding, and Engineering sectors) on a monthly and annual basis, supported by a team of three accounting subordinates.
- Review and approve payments for 3 companies, with support from one subordinate handling the construction-related accounts.
- Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, lawyers, government authorities, and suppliers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and tax estimations.
- Perform invoice costing verification, document sorting, filing of accounting documents, monthly billing, claims processing, and daily accounting operations.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
- Manage credit control functions, including monitoring receivables and following up on collections.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for financial records.
Administrative & IT Coordination
- Coordinate with external IT service providers and AutoCount vendors to troubleshoot and resolve server, hardware and system-related issues.
- Oversee general office administrative matters and ensure smooth operational support.
Engineering & Procurement Support
- Assist basic engineering-related tasks, including preparing drawings using AutoCAD.
- Liaise with site supervisors on material requirements and procurement.
- Coordinate supplier sourcing, arrange material purchases, prepare quotations, issue Purchase Orders, and support project documentation.
Human Resources Responsibilities
- Managed payroll processing PCB, EPF, SOCSO and EIS contributions.
- Handled monthly claims and HR administrative duties.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
