1. Patient Care & Clinical Duties
- Provide professional nursing care and ensure patients receive quality healthcare services.
- Assist Medical Officers/Doctors during consultations, examinations, treatments, and minor surgical procedures.
- Perform patient triage and basic health assessments including:
- Blood Pressure (BP)
- Temperature
- Pulse Rate
- Oxygen Saturation
- Blood Glucose Monitoring
- BMI Measurement
- Administer medications, vaccinations, nebulizers, injections, dressings, and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Monitor patients’ conditions before, during, and after treatment or procedures.
- Observe and report abnormal symptoms or emergency situations to the doctor immediately.
- Provide first aid and emergency nursing care when necessary.
- Assist in medical procedures such as:
- ECG
- Ear Syringing
- Wound Dressing
- Pap Smear Preparation
- IV Drip Preparation
- Minor Surgery Assistance
- Educate patients on medication usage, treatment plans, follow-up care, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
- Ensure proper infection control practices and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
2. Clinic Operations & Support
- Prepare consultation and treatment rooms before clinic operations begin.
- Ensure all medical instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and maintained.
- Conduct daily checks on medical equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
- Ensure sufficient stock levels of medicines, vaccines, consumables, and medical supplies.
- Monitor expiry dates of medications and consumables regularly.
- Coordinate with suppliers for medical stock replenishment when required.
- Ensure proper storage of medications according to healthcare standards.
- Maintain clinic cleanliness, hygiene, and overall professional appearance.
- Assist in patient registration, appointment scheduling, and queue management when necessary.
- Handle patient inquiries professionally and courteously.
3. Documentation & Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records and nursing documentation.
- Update patient information in clinic management systems accurately.
- Prepare and manage daily nursing reports and treatment records.
- Assist in preparation of medical reports, referral letters, and insurance/panel documentation.
- Support submission and processing of panel clinic claims and medical claims.
- Ensure all documentation complies with clinic SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records and clinic information.
4. Compliance, Safety & Quality Assurance
- Adhere to all clinic SOPs, healthcare regulations, and standards set by the Ministry of Health (MOH).
- Follow infection prevention and control procedures strictly.
- Ensure proper disposal of clinical and hazardous waste according to regulations.
- Participate in internal audits, quality improvement activities, and compliance inspections.
- Report incidents, accidents, or safety concerns to management promptly.
- Attend mandatory training, meetings, and continuous professional development programs.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies.
5. Customer Service & Team Collaboration
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain good patient relationships.
- Handle patient complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Work closely with doctors, nurses, clinic assistants, and management to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Support promotional campaigns, health screenings, vaccination programs, and community health activities.
- Assist management with additional operational duties as assigned.
- Maintain professionalism, discipline, and positive teamwork at all times.
Job Requirements Education & Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
- Registered with the Nursing Board Malaysia.
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in clinic or healthcare environment is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
