Job Descriptions:

• Help plan projects (set timelines, list goals, and tasks).
• Assist in preparing and joining project startup meetings.
• Support in following up project tasks and tracking progress.
• Update schedules and check if tasks are completed on time.
• Report any risks, delays, or issues.
• Help with communication between the project team, stakeholders, and contractors.
• Join project review meetings and collect feedback.
• Keep project files updated (Gantt chart, reports, slides).

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Project Management, Bachelor in Office System Management, Bachelor of Secretarial Studies, Bachelor of Corporate Administrative, Bachelor of Operations Management or any related fied.
• Minimum CGPA 3.0
• Excellent computer literacy skills
• Proactive attitude, team player and strong desire to learn.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
