Sepenuh Masa Supervisor - Line Leader (Production) Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,000 in MUCHICO BAKERY SDN BHD Parit Sulong - Maukerja

• Coordinate and monitor production daily activities and processes to ensure manufacturing operations run according to the standard operating procedures and work instructions, and meeting the product quality standards.
• Train, supervise and motivate production workers to ensure smooth operations to enhance line efficiency and reduce wastage.
• Execute food safety controls and policies as well as GMP practices and maintains the cleanliness and good housekeeping of the working environment.
• Ensure the compliance of production workers to the Company’s policies, rules and regulation and conduct counseling and disciplinary action to production workers as and when deemed necessary.
• Monitor production machineries performance and report any abnormality.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Diploma holder.
• 1 - 2 years working experience in manufacturing operation.
• Able to work on rotate shift (7.00pm - 7:00am and 7.00am - 7:00pm) - inclusive of overtime.
• Can work under minimum supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
