Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to support and oversee our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the retail store.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adequate staffing across all branches.
- Support recruitment, training, and supervision of retail staff.
- Plan schedules and delegate tasks effectively to team members.
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve performance and sales targets.
- Ensure shopkeepers and riders are well-trained and comply with company SOPs and policies.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock tracking.
- Analyse sales data and trends to meet business targets.
- Prepare reports related to sales performance and operations.
- Assist the Retail Manager with budgeting and financial-related tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, inventory, and sales.
- Prepare departmental reports and manage staff scheduling.
- Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings, including performance reviews and reward systems.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties and special projects assigned by top management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
