Job Description:

  • Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, and General Ledger

  • Perform bank reconciliation and maintain general ledger records

  • Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules

  • Assist in cash flow monitoring and basic financial analysis

  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities

  • Ensure proper maintenance and filing of accounting documents

  • Liaise with internal departments, auditors, and external stakeholders when required

  • Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary supporting documents during audit and year-end closing

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standards

  • Assist in improving accounting processes when necessary

Requirements:

  • LCCI Level 3/ Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Experience in using accounting software (e.g. AutoCount, etc.)

  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes

  • Experience in handling full set of accounts is an advantage

  • Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills and able to work independently

  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
