Full Time Logistics Customer Service Executive Jobs, in Kintetsu World Express Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

Attend and handle customer bookings, inquiries and complaint on shipment consignment

Responsible for the proper and smooth handling of individually assigned customer’s shipment.

Ensure correct data key in and documentation

To notify and pre-alert the shipment arrangement to customer

Generate picking list for operation personnel to prepare and ready the shipment to ship out.

Follow up POD and billing.

Update actual order release of the day in the In house system

Maintain Inventory record.

Requirement

Diploma/.Degree holder in Logistics/ Transportation/ equivalent.

Candidate(s) with relevant experience in logistics warehouse administration required

Minimum 2 year experience in the similar capacity will be advantage added. However, fresh graduate with good academy result are encourage to apply.

Proficient both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Computer literate.

Willing to work at U8 Bukit Jelutong area.

Able to perform overtime work when necessary.

Able to work 5.5 days in a week.
