To handle 999 incoming calls from callers relating to emergency cases, with objective providing assistant as quickly as possible. To attend the 999 calls according to specified Response Center practice and procedure.
Requirements
1. Minimum SPM/STPM/Certificate.
2. Good communication skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia (speaking & writing).
3. Basic computer knowledge (operating computer, MS Office Skills).
4. Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with customers.
5. Demonstrate patience and ability to resolve customer concerns. (ie. project a “Smiling” voice & active listening skills)
6. Must be willing on rotating shift and working on Public Holiday (5-day week, rotating off days)
7. Typing skills 25 wpm with 85% accuracy.
BASIC: RM2000
Allowance:
1. Perfect Attendance RM350.
2. Shift allowance (RM90 per month)
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
