Job Description:

• Handle full process of recruitment activities (from job posting until job offer)

• Seat allocation & PC arrangement for new joiner, follow up with IT Dept for PC arrangement.

• Responsible for on-boarding process, conduct HR Induction & Orientation for new joiner.

• Responsible for off-boarding process, conduct exit interview and ensure the exit clearance docs is completely signed.

• Monitor on staff’s confirmation and issue letter of confirmation, extension or termination.

• Assess training needs with every department HOD and arrange the training once approved by the top management.

• Organized & Execute Employee Activities as planned and within the yearly budget.

• Assist Manager on year-end performance appraisal.

• Deal with IR issue, issue show cause letter and warning letter.

• Assist with EP / Foreign Worker work permit’s new application or renewal.

Requirement:

• At least 1 – 2 years working experiences.

• Candidate must have self-initiative, hunger for learning, good attitude and BOLD.

• Required skills in recruiting, employee relation, and IR.
