CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

• Supervise the execution of assigned MEP trades as directed by the M&E Manager, ensuring subcontractors follow design quality and schedule requirements.

• Ensure timely delivery installation testing and commissioning of all M&E systems in accordance with project milestones.

• Attend and support technical meetings design reviews and coordination discussions with consultants and clients.

• Review technical submissions including shop drawings material submittals and method statements before M&E Manager approval.

• Identify and manage site issues propose solutions and escalate critical risks to the M&E Manager or Project Management.

• Ensure all works comply with relevant standards codes and project specifications.

• Track and verify work progress perform quality checks and support inspections with consultants and authorities.

• Guide and support junior engineers or site supervisors within the M&E team.

• Coordinate with the QA/QC and safety teams to ensure site activities follow HSE and quality compliance.

• Ensure the integration and interface of various systems function properly during commissioning.

• Assist in preparation of project reports progress updates and handover documentation.

• Support the close-out process including defect rectification final testing and handover to client operations.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.

• Data center construction experience is a plus.

• Willing to be stationed at Iskandar Puteri, Johor

• Min 6 years+ experience in construction

• Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed.

• Preferred candidate has a stronger background in Mechanical & electrical work.

• Strong analytical and communications skill

• A good team player.
